• Account information: Name and email address, obtained through Google OAuth sign-in.
• Profile data: Age, gender, height, weight, and self-reported fitness level.
• Health & fitness data: Heart rate zones, injury notes, workout logs, running pace, and distance.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device information.
• Communications: Chat messages exchanged with the AI coach.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide personalized training plans and AI coaching recommendations.
• Track your progress and generate performance analytics.
• Send notifications (email, push) about upcoming workouts and weekly summaries.
• Improve our AI coaching algorithms and overall service quality.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

AI Processing

Your profile and workout data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate personalized coaching advice. AI-generated responses are tailored to your goals and fitness level but do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or if you have health concerns.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure.
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Access is limited to authenticated sessions with secure token-based authorization.

Cookies

• Essential: Authentication session cookies required for the service to function.
• Preferences: Theme and language settings to remember your choices.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage tracking to help us improve the product.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
